Summary Operates and monitors aseptic filling lines, ensuring product quality, food safety compliance (CCP/CQP), and minimal product loss. May also operate the Blow Molder.
Key Responsibilities
Run the filling line by controlling juice flow, adjusting temperatures, and keeping equipment running smoothly and on schedule
Clean equipment regularly using required wash procedures and make sure all food safety checkpoints are met
Switch the line over to different products or packaging types as needed
Check product quality throughout the shift by running tests, weighing samples, and logging any waste or inventory usage
Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Keep the work area clean and follow all food safety and company compliance standards
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years in a manufacturing/production environment
Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills; detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Previous food and beverage industry experience helpful
